I just wrote a couple paragraphs about this book and my internet just blinked out on me. There's nothing more aggravating. Okay, so maybe there is, but when this happens it is definitely aggravating!
Little do I feel like rewriting it. Suffice it to say Cure for the Common Life is a self-help book that I read for my f2f book club. It was okay, but I'm not big on self-help books.

Hi Booklogged,
Great comment. I knew it was you!
The toothfairy thing we learned aabout when my eldest was in kindergarten. The best part is that they are more interested in the water colour than the money.'Oh yeah, there's a loonie'
Doesn't Max Lucado write children's books?
What does f2f stand for?
I haven't ever really been into selfhelp books. Just not my groove you know. I prefer literature for that.
I have not read this book but he has written numerous christian books that are children;s as well as self-help. :)
I have heard much about Max Lucado, booklogged, but never really read anything by him.
WRT self-help books, I used to be big on Deepak Chopra's books at one time - good thing I got over it! :)
I probably own ever Max Lucado book. But I don't think I've gotten around to reading this one yet.
Nice cover, though. :)
Nessie, f2f means "face-to-face."
I love Max Lucado's children's books, especially the one about Punchinello (that might also be the title of it too).
It's my favorite kids' book.
I have a hard time reading self-help books. I gave up on that a long time ago. I find I'm really identifying with the dog laying on the right side of the couch.
does anyone know the kind of dogs those are on the front cover?
